This film was commissioned by Peter Davison and made in order to respond to a poem about the Tohoku Earthquake and that appears in the anthology: Yoshin; Tales of the Tohoku Earthquake Ten Years On.

Presenting 'Vejam Bem,' a song by the Portuguese musician Zeca Afonso. Inspired by its melody, I collaborated with a team at Kingston University to craft an animated visual experience complementing the music

I made this film in response to the poem ‘Sea Canes’ by Derek Walcott. I wanted to explore the emotions it stirred within me, aiming to visually articulate the essence of the poem and its impact on me.

This film is explores the feeling of 'coming home'—the sense of warmth and security following a journey, whether physical or emotional.

Odo’s Bahrain and The Light were both made in lockdown. They were shot in my garden and then edited afterwards.
